📍 How to Track Your Hacoo Order

Once you’ve placed an order, you can follow its progress directly in the Hacoo app.

1. Open the Hacoo app

Sign in to the account you used to place your order.

2. Go to My Orders

Open My Orders to see your current and previous purchases.

3. Check your order status

Your order will show its current status, such as Preparing, Packaging or Shipped, along with the estimated delivery dates when available.

4. View logistics information

Tap Logistics for the available shipping and tracking information for your package.

🚦 What Do the Hacoo Order Statuses Mean?

Pending
Your order has been placed but may still be waiting for payment or processing to begin.

Preparing
Your order is being prepared before it moves to the next stage.

Packaging
Your items are being packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipped
Your package has been dispatched. Check Logistics for the latest available tracking information.

Closed
The order has been completed or closed. You can find previous orders under the Closed section of My Orders.

Tip: Estimated delivery dates can change while an order is being processed or shipped, so check My Orders and Logistics for the latest information.

🚚 How Long Does Hacoo Delivery Take?

Hacoo shows an estimated delivery date for your order in the app. Delivery times can vary depending on the items ordered, destination and shipping process.

Once your order has been placed, check My Orders for the estimated delivery dates shown for each package.

If your order is split into multiple packages, the packages may be prepared and delivered separately.
